Innovania values diversity. It welcomes people of all races, religions, creeds, beliefs, and nationalities. Innovania does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, age, handicap, sex or sexual orientation, nor does it tolerate any form of discrimination by the citizenry or vendors who may provide services for us. However, because of the limited size of the nation, Innovania must, of necessity, restrict immigration.
Although Innovania welcomes all, the country is particularly receptive to talented individuals with creative, innovative, entrepreneurial, artistic, and/or business abilities.
A citizen of Innovania is not required to be a resident of the Country. Citzenship is available to qualified applicants.
An annual census is conducted in November. The first one took place in 2013.
Citizens of Innovania are called “Innovanians”.
